Done by way of tele conference. The interviewers were purposefully confusing making grand statements that seemed like promises, when in fact they were nothing but air. I asked them to be more specific but they just became more vague with their description of the company and job.

This was the most bizarre interview process I have been through. The company seemed very disorganized and you could hear the CEO yelling at employees from overseas on the phone.
