Interview
It had numerous stages. Start off with a dinner/networking event, then do a virtual interview with recruiters before going on to do a trading simulation and finally going on to meeting glencore staff recruiters.
The interview process was a series of phone and video calls with a foreign recruitment agency, until the very last stage when the hiring team took over. Communication occurred via email, phone call, and text. The planned hiring timeline was not maintained and took a lot longer than I had expected.

Simply listen to what the recruitment agency tells you to prepare. They understand that they are hiring students and were very transparent about the qualities they would be looking for in the next hiring stage.

Interview
First 3 interviews are conduct by an external recruiting company and the interviews are used to base mainly motivation.
The final interviews (2-3) are done by the people from the department you are applying for and are a good mix of motivational and technical questions.
1st round online interview held by another trading company some behavioural and market-related questions and mental math questions
2nd round three commodity trading simulations
3rd small interviews with the department heads
