Applied through an online portal. I had one in person interview, which lasted about a hour, with three members of the management staff. I received a job offer about two weeks later.

I was asked to put various library materials in order, and then was asked a few questions. Nothing hard-hitting, just making sure you can commit to the job. The interview was one-on-one, and I received the job offer maybe a week later.
