GitLab Sales Development Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter. I was contacted via email to provide some dates and times to interview . I heard nothing and had to submit again for the next week. Interviewed with hiring manager, then did a second interview with him and another person where I did a presentation. The feedback was that my communication skills did not match theirs. I have never been told this in my life. Prior reviews indicated that they waste people’s time, and moving forward I will be more selective about which companies I interview with.
