Interview
I should have read these reviews before starting the interview process. Got pinged on LinkedIn from the HR guy. Set up a meeting via an online calendar (link via linkedin messaging) . Got an email invite. Met via zoom, told me I was technically strong, but it went south with the question he asked (looks like they were looking for a hatchet man). He told me that this question is very important to the hiring manager, and that the next stage would be dependent on my answer and how the hiring manager interpreted it. I answered truthfully . (see below for the question). I should have listened to alarm going off in my head.

Interview
I applied online than received a first list of written questions via email. I passed this first level and I had a first interview with the people operations team. I passed this level too and spoke with two people from the team I would have worked in if selected.
