I applied online. I interviewed at Girl Power Talk (Mohali, Punjab) in Aug 2025
Interview
The environment appeared judgably unprofessional, highlighted by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) having to remind the recruiter to respond to candidate emails.
The frequent involvement of diverse, high-ranking individuals (including directors) in early stages suggested a potential lack of organizational capacity or recruitment bandwidth.
All communication consistently occurred outside of standard work hours, which supports existing online reviews reporting a poor work-life balance.
Despite the website's claim that "salary is no bar," my application was likely rejected because my expected compensation was higher than their actual budget, as indicated by employee salary reviews.

Interviewer asked for my Portfolio and guidethrough
It is easy to intermeddiate. One should be well researched about company and its services. If the research is proper and the individual is willing to work and is fit culturally, they have a high chance of being hired.
Great experience overall. The interviewers asked questions that went beyond just technical skills. They genuinely wanted to understand my background, passion, and how I would fit into their culture. They were friendly, approachable, and created a comfortable environment. The conversation felt authentic, thoughtful, and based on real-world experience.
