Informal discussion with someone outside the team.
They assess collaboration style and team alignment.
8. Final Conversation with Director
Short, strategic discussion:
Vision for the role
Candidate’s long-term goals
Opportunity for deep questions
9. Reference Check
Quick call with two previous supervisors.
10. Offer Stage
HR provides offer, answers questions, and negotiates terms.
