A thoughtful, methodical series of 3 informational discussions about the role (with a senior exec, hiring manager, and HR recruiter) followed by a set-the-stage check-in with the hiring manager on major requirements and role objectives/expectations. A series of 6 first round interviews with a broad and well-selected panel of stakeholders. The interviewers were well-prepared and each focused on a couple key questions to evaluate skill and fit. The final round included another senior exec, HR, and a wrap-up with the hiring manager. Communications were outstanding, and each discussion felt two-way, thoughtful, relevant, and practical.
