Long day. Multiple groups of 2-4 people interviewing and asking questions at one time. Can be stressful to answer questions and ask questions which may be applied to all of the interviewers. Depending on the manager hiring, the interview questions may vastly differ. Some managers hire based solely on background (technical) others higher based on ability to learn and apply knowledge.
