I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences in Jan 2018
Interview
First contacted by an HR contractor recruited via email. Had a quick phone interview with them before I interviewed with the hiring manager/person in the team I would be working with. After that, hiring manager wanted me to speak to their bosses (2 people) where they asked me about my experiences and explained the position more. After that interview, the HR recruiter called me and told me I was offered the position.

I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA)
Interview
Overall, the interview process was pretty standard at around 30 minutes and a few interviews with various team members. Not all of the team members were in the same team.
Very relaxed talking, and they're not asking very hard questions. Be prepared with your skills and future plans. It doesn't have to be too stressful. They are all very nice interviewers.
