One phone screening with HR rep and one phone conference interview with team I would be working with. They were all really friendly and questions were very focused on the project I would working on, and if I had the relevant experience to do it. I appreciated the straight-forwardness.

Interview
HR screen followed by hiring manager review. HR confirms that you are a real person/ meet the values of the company, and hiring manager can ask you any range of questions from personal to technical.
Met with HR, and then two interviews with management. Straight forward and friendly. First interview was basic tell me about yourself, second more technical questions. Second interviewer did not know I had already spoken with management.
