I had a phone screen scheduled for an entry-level position that was highly unprofessional. The recruiter completely missed our first scheduled time without any notice. I had to reach out to her myself to ask what happened, and she only responded hours later to reschedule. For the rescheduled call the next day, she was 15 minutes late. Once on the phone, she brought a rude attitude, rushed the call, and repeatedly interrupted and cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to explain my experience. This process showed zero respect for a candidate's time.
