The entire interview process included four stages spanning over a week: 1)HR phone call 2) HR interview 3) Interview with direct manager 4) Interview with Head of Global Enterprise. At the end of the process, HR sent an offer - calling you once sent to go over the details together. The process was smooth, friendly, with the opportunity to get a feel for the company and how they're driven to gett things done - and fast. They focused on asking challenging but proffesional questions.
