However, communication abruptly ceased for nearly six weeks after the interview, despite numerous follow-up emails receiving no response. When I finally contacted the recruiter by phone, I learned the position might be filled by another candidate, but it's not confirmed yet. Additionally, no mention of other roles left the process unclear and disappointing, especially given the prolonged silence and lack of updates from a reputed tech company. Furthermore, the fact that the job listings remained active even after months suggests a lack of intent to hire or potentially creating a false impression and deepening the disappointment with the entire experience.
