The entire interview process with GetFeedback was incredible. I applied online and was contacted by Alex to set up a phone interview. It was more of a get to know you conversation to learn about me and share about GetFeedback. After the phone interview, I was invited onsite to meet with 4 members of the team. The on-site was fantastic. I met with several members of different teams. They asked questions about my experience and why I would be a good fit for the role and company. Following the onsite, I was asked to move forward in the process. I was given a recruiting/sourcing exercise to do at home and then bring onsite to present to the company. The exercise asked me to plan a recruitment strategy for a specific role and to source 3 candidates. The last step in the process was presenting my recruitment strategy and sourced candidates to various members of the company. The asked questions about my strategy and why I chose the candidates. The presentation went very well. Alex who led the search was incredibly communicative, friendly, and provided an exceptional interview experience. GetFeedback is an awesome company and anyone would be lucky to be a part of the team.

HR reached out via LinkedIn expressing interest in my background. Did a phone interview with the HR rep to talk more about their current needs and my experience. Was asked to interview with the team as soon as possible and I obliged but I completely regret my decision for the following reasons: Onsite interview was extremely disorganized. Only met 1 of the 5 people given for my interview lineup and had no one to walk me through the day, felt very shuffled around. As for actual interview format, very general questions about work history. Never dug into my technical experience, and a lot of the same questions were asked by different interviewers. What was most offputting, after my onsite there was no follow-up. After a week passed, sent email directly to the HR person who I initially spoke with asking for an update. A few days later received a no reply canned response they decided not to move forward. This was incredibly discourteous, mainly because she had such an urgency to have me meet with the team. Hands down this the worst interview I've experienced. At least have the courtesy to respond to a candidate personally if you asked them to invest time coming onsite to meet with the team.
