There was a telephonic interview with one of the Software Engineer followed by a face to face interview. The interview was smooth and technical in both the rounds looking mostly for knowledge and experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Get Well
Interview
Total Time Waste. They will call you and schedule interviews and later simply ghost you without any response, typical la la company behaviour. Not sure how things are for the people working there. Don't waste your time interviewing here.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Get Well (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial recruiter contact was the typical sterile interaction. Second contact with hiring manager was strangely stilted. He seemed very ill-at-ease speaking to people and could not answer questions like "how does your sales team decide which healthcare facilities to approach?" but it wasn't awful.
Third round was speaking directly with engineers and product managers who were honestly pretty great. I really appreciated their lack of interest in annoying me with pointless Hackerrank exercises and felt there was a tremendous amount of alignment in general values.
Then comes the offer stage. The manager refused to speak to me directly. He wants to hide behind someone in HR and make her play the "let me ask my manager" routine you might be familiar with if you've ever purchased a used car from a person with too many rings and watches on their hands. The offer was insultingly low but I did my best to express my concerns in a diplomatic fashion. A second offer was made but it was another low ball which was presented with an artificial deadline intended to intimidate me for some reason. At no point would the hiring manager even acknowledge my existence and the HR person became increasingly passive-aggressive with every exchange.
I don't know how things work in Maryland but if you live anywhere more expensive than that, don't expect a reasonable offer or reasonable behavior from Get Well. From what I can gather they outsource a lot of their engineering work to Eastern Europe out of sheer cheapness and it really shows in the final product.

Mostly cultural with some schema design stuff thrown in for good measure.
