Applied, accepted to an interview, did a first round interview, then did a panel interview. I come with a utility experience and background and spoke to a panel who all had been with the company for 2-3 years and did not have a utility background. Wound up not getting the job (of course) and looked up who they hired - another person with zero utility background and even better - their panel social media pages had throughout the past few years - publicly slammed the company with criticisms and lies.
