Open ended questions such as "Have you ever been in situation when..." "can you think of a time when...", etc. Lot of focus on safety, interactions and attendance expectations and review of their different policies.

Wasn't even an interview ask me what I did at my previous job how I felt about overtime what shift I wanted and how I feel about steel tips that was pretty much it.
