Georgia-Pacific executes an SBO (situation, behavior, observation) interview process. You will interview with 3-5 people who will all be trying to dig deep into your responses. They will be looking for behaviors in past jobs that will translate well into the expectations for this role.

Tell me about a time in which you challenged the decision of a person with a higher job ranking than you.
very easy and simple to navigate nothing too challenging about it I woudl recommend to others and I think theres a very simple component of just understanding behaviorals during the process
Remote Zoom with 2-3 people and they sent a lot of packets of information about the company. They were very friendly but follow a structured set of questions - one from HR and another from the department.

Talk about a time when you had to deal with a difficult personality.
Lots of Teams meetings with various managers. All seemed very nice but ultimately went a different direction. Interviewers didn't know all the aspects of the job. I think the direct staff were very friendly.
