Very comprehensive and collaborative. Involving 6-8 people from various backgrounds within the organization. Was more of a conversation which included past experience and "fit" than prescriptive template based questions. I appreciated the extensive nature of the overall process.

Interview
I got an invite for an on-campus interview for the position. It was basically 2 back-to-back interviews with 2 brand managers for each interview in total 1 hours. The questions are all behavioral. You should master the guiding principles and incorporate those values into your answers and also the questions at the end of the interview
