The interview process was quite thorough but overall a positive experience. It started with an initial phone screening where the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. After that, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, which was more focused on technical skills and how my previous experience aligned with the position’s requirements. The final step was a panel interview with a few team members. This part was more conversational and covered problem-solving skills, how I would approach certain challenges, and my ability to work in a team. Everyone was really friendly and professional, which made it comfortable for me to showcase my strengths. By the end of it, I felt like I had a good understanding of the role and the company culture, and I think it went well overall. Now, it’s just a matter of waiting to hear back!
