George Fox University interview questions

I was asked to submit a 250-500 response to a 3 question scenario within 5 days. I returned it in 2. Then silence. I followed up a few times to be told the hiring team is working through them. 2 weeks later all of a sudden I received an email that the position is filled. The lack of communication was atrocious.
