one on one. Interviewer asked about past audio experience and audio experience at college and how detail oriented I am. really they were just desperate to get a new person in the position as soon as possible.
They brought me in and gave me a tour of the building. After that the production manager went over the interview questions. Then he asked me if I would be interested in starting with the company.
