After coming in on a current eployee's referral, I interviewed with the Vice Pres for Dev, a Senior Dev and the CEO. All very smart people, with very pointed questions, not much fluff. All parts of the interview were remote, including phone conversations and some technical coding problems to design, code up and/or debug. The tech problems were a "take home" set, they encouraged me to take my time, but I understood I was also being graded on speed of correct solution.
