Spoke with the CEO for an informal interview/conversation where he asked me to book time in his calendar. I did not hear anything after that from the formal interview team.

Interview was all out of order and was interviewing with the wonderful person who would be my boss but thats not standard supposedly and then i was told that i would be contacted for next steps or at least by a human and i was then just auto rejected by email. This is partially my fault as the salary range was not posted and their most upper end was barely above where i am at but seriously dont say you will be in touch then just auto reject- its cold and unprofessional.
