I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gensler (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
I waited in the outer lobby reading some company literature giving the people interviewing me the time to be late. When they arrived - they found a small cubby hole of a room with a few chairs and a low coffee table in the corner. When I presented my portfolio I had to lay it on the floor and get down on my knees while I flipped the pages for them while describing my work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gensler (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Amazing interview with the hospitality team at Gensler. They were thoughtful, warm, professional but very friendly. In the end, I was not a right fit for the role but we remain in touch.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
Was strange. Was with a group - the director was disengaged and clearly working on other things and not paying attention. Was a good through interview which sounded promising but was ghosted afterwards with no feedback. A bit unprofessional in all honesty.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gensler in Dec 2017
Interview
4 staff members attended, all various roles (director, pm, other designers). I walked through my portfolio and field their questions. Once I was done, I went on to ask them questions, and then the told me more about the culture and what it's like to be in the office.
