Very unorganized!!!!!! Constant rescheduling and they completely dropped the ball for the 2nd interview. UHG should be ashamed. I did not even want to continue in the process. Do not make any alterations to your schedule until you have something in writing.

Interview
Started with recruiter screening, asked me some basic questions. After getting past the screening, I scheduled an interview with director. There weren't any atypical interview questions, and not too difficult. If you're prepared for the interview, it'll be fairly conversational.
First round phone interview with recruiter, second round in-person interview with manager. The phone interview was slightly more question-based, while the in-person interview was a bit more of a conversation.
