After more than a week of silence, I was abruptly informed that they were seeking someone with deep Azure partnership experienceâsomething never mentioned as a core requirement and clearly misaligned with my GCP and ISV/OEM background, which was known to the panel from the start.
This experience reflected a serious lack of internal alignment and respect for candidatesâ time. If Azure expertise was non-negotiable, it should have been communicated upfront. The entire process felt like a waste of effort due to poor planning and unclear priorities.
