Interview
Telephone screening with an external recruiter followed by a 30 min screening with the Head of Talent. I ended the Head of Talent screening early out of principle due to a misalignment in the interview questions and job spec. The process left me feeling upset and was a waste of my time.
30-min video call with an internal recruiter, started with overview of the company and the role, around 3-5 questions about experience / motivation, opportunities to ask questions about the role / company at the end, feedback and outcome provided after a couple of days
