The interview process is very long. It starts with a basic interview, then a phone call to discuss more details about the opportunity, then a two-week long course with an assignment, and then finally a group interview.

The two-week course tests your ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow directions. The group interview tests your ability to communicate and work with others.

Phone screening and group interview. Usually something team orientated from what I heard. I recommend just listening and be yourself and have fun. You're not competing with anyone in this portion and it's important to remain yourself and hear everyone at all times.

They ask about your previous experience and why you’re wanting to join the program. Behavioral is just answering in the STAR method. Then they provide a 2 weeks course for you to do and submit the final project. Group interview focuses on your communication and thinking in a crisis skills. What 15 items would you bring with you on a stranded island if you were in a shipwreck.
