I was contacted by HR a couple of days of submitting my resume and was called to schedule an in person interview within a few days. I was offered the positioned the following day. It then took a few weeks to get all the paperwork completed. I started the job just under 30 days of submitting my application online.

Phone interview with very basic HR questions, met with the DOR in person and discussed my experience and basic clinical questions. Very straight-forward and easy interview. Hiring process was completed online through their domain, again, super easy.

Interview
I actively sought the recruiter to apply for the position. The facility I was applying to was in desperate need for a therapist and I was looking to find a clinical fellowship opportunity, which is somewhat difficult in my area. The in-person interview with the Director of Rehab was rudimentary, consisting of a brief tour and introductions to the therapy staff present that day. Any questions posed were largely from me, attempting to demonstrate my interest and secure an offer. I was contacted the same day by the recruiter with an offer.
