There was only 1 interview where I met with the rehab manager. We went over my resume and experience as well personal goals. Was also asked about strengths weaknesses and working inter professionally. I was also given a tour of the facility and met the therapists and staff.

Easy and to the point. Discuss all facilities under your jurisdiction. Pay is mediocre but environment is not bad. Employees are nice but it is a contract position so it can be left up to the facility to maintain contract year over year.

Interview
Submit my resume through a friend at the facility, and was later called by the program manager, to setup an interview time. At the interview, the program manager was constantly interrupted, yet gave me a tour of the facility, and observed how I interacted with the patients. Being that the one interviewing me was interrupted the majority of the time, a lot of time was spent in the gym observing, I even ended up helping some therapists out, because they were very short-handed.
