Applied online, was called for an interview within a few days. Interviewed directly with DON. Was given provisional offer at the end of the interview. Questions were typical nursing interview questions- strengths and weaknesses, what do you think the role of the nurse should be, give an example of a time you went above and beyond for a patient, why are you interested in transitional care, etc.

Turnover is an issue, so they also want to hear that you plan to stay at least a year.
The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.
There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
