I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genesis Healthcare (New Braunfels, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
Filled out a application online. It took about 1 week for them to call me in for a interview. Came in met with the DON. The interview process was quick and, easy. They where hiring for all shifts, with a sign on bonus to get people to stay do to the high turn over rate. Also, after you hired and get your schedule to start working they don't tell you that they no longer offer on the job training, another words, you will not be trained and, orientated for 3 days on the floor before you start working by yourself. That's unfair. This company just hires people and puts you on the floor right away. If your a new cna you might be nervous so fair warning.
