Two separate interviews, not too hard. Very friendly atmosphere. For the most part, they didn't ask I got you type of questions. Most questions were situational. What would you do if....? How would you handle this consumer...? What would you do in the first day of work...?

Easy- straight forward. They used the STAR method for the interview and the questions were pretty straight forward. Nothing was really on the spot or caught me off guard. Dress nice, have a good resume and be presentable.
