Two interviews. One with the Founder and one with my immediate supervisor. Both were very straight forward. We discussed my resume and the job responsibilities. It was very nice. I would recommend to someone.

Interview
The interview process was short and quick. I had one interview that lasted about thirty minutes and I received an offer the next day. The interview started with an overview of the job before the interviewer asked me questions and ended with me asking a couple of questions.
The interview was very straightforward and I got offered a clinical assistant job rather quickly. The manager had to cancel my interview for a couple of times due to emergencies but my first impression of the clinic was overall good.
