Generation Mortgage interview questions

Tiffany Owens, Director, was extremely professional and asked many direct and necessary questions. It was a tough interview however, she made me feel at ease. She brought team members into the interview process one at a time to ask 2 questions. I liked that it mattered to her how fellow employees felt about my competency, knowledge and customer service abilities.

Easy and professional. Interviewed with director and manager. Asked questions about my default experience and explained the reverse mortgage process to me. After interview spoke with HR to discuss salary and received an offer the next day. Best interview I've ever had. I accepted the offer and they actually offered me 5 thousand more than I asked for.
