I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at General Electric Credit Union (Blue Ash, OH) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process I experienced was simple and fast. I first had a phone call to review the position expectations and to ask any questions I had about the role or company. I then moved forward with one in-person interview with two employees who would be my managers. I heard back with a decision within a week of my interview and had a few phone calls after that to discuss salary negotiations. Overall I experienced a clear and smooth interview process.

Question 1
I was asked a variety of questions about the experience I would bring to the team from my past roles. I cannot recall all of the questions, but it was pretty standard interview questions. At the end, I had a few questions to ask the interviewers and they seemed impressed by that.
Relatively simple and straight forward. You start with a phone screen, then you go in person to interview. Very laid back and relaxed in my opinion. I was supposed to interview with another manager but that did not take place. It was two in total.
