Three Interviews: 30 minute phone call with the manager, a 1-hour 4-person panel interview, and then a 45-minute 2-person interview.
Probably one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. For an entry level position, I received not a single question regarding my work experience/resume that allowed me to build upon my strengths. The only two types questions I got were "Can you clarify your experience at ", immediately followed by, "So, no RF experience then?" This is after clarifying many, many times I don't have RF experience. I was simply not given any opportunity to talk about my strengths or abilities, and instead found myself in three technical interviews where I was belittled, interrupted, and in some cases, even laughed at by a technical director. The manager I would have directly reported to was on his phone for half of my 1-hour interview, and the third interview was "needed" because two individuals couldn't make it to my panel interview.
Overall, a very weird interview process. I was told it was entry level, then badgered for 2+ hour for technical questions I was told I didn't have to know. No questions about me. And the third interview I was told wouldn't be technical, but was anyways. It's clear that this team at General Atomics values nothing in their team members but regurgitating textbook knowledge most engineers could learn in a week or two.
