First you have to pass Online test. Then a Phone interview. Then Practical Test. Then Person-to-person interview wich its pretty hard but its not really about knowledge more about personality. Ask you to describe any kind of avionics systems of aircraft that you used to work. What if?? questions.. Qualities you have.

Responsive hiring manager, worked around schedule and was present on time. Interviewers explained the nature of the position clearly, and readily answered questions as they arose. Appeared fairly casual, even joking with each other at times.

The interview was very informal however, they were very professional over the phone. I was referred by an employee so that kind of made the processes a lot smoother. I look forward to working for them.
