I had a Great phone and on site interview. The hiring manager was very nice. The team over all was great.the interview process took about four weeks from applying online to the end off interviews.
I was flown in for an Onsite interview after 2 interviews, The company informed me that they would be paying for hotel and rental car but only payed for hotel after the interviews.

Interview
First I spoke with a recruiter about the position and basic benefits information and next steps. Then I had a Teams interview with one of the department managers. Then I was told to wait to hear back. There is like a 5 step process.

The interview started with a phone call from HR. The next step was a phone call with hiring manager that lasted about an hour. Lastly there was an on-site interview with multiple employees from the team. Very typical process
