Interview
One iq style test and then 5 rounds of interviews culminating in an interview with the CEO. Was a fair amount of work and slightly too longer process, especially seeing as though I didn't get it. But everyone I met was great, each stage was varied, and overall can't complain. The last one with the CEO I felt was unecessary, and really not much was learnt for either side, he has his algorithm and if you fit it, you'll get the job, this stage felt rushed. Was sad not to get it as they seem like a great company with huge amibtion.
Special mention to their hiring manager who was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
The interview process involves several tests before they invite you to interview, which is fine. They also send you specific questions to prepare beforehand, also fine. What's not fine: I showed up to the interview only to find out the role, which was listed as remote, is actually not remote at all. This was never communicated beforehand, and it would have saved everyone's time to be upfront about it from the start.

Interview
First, they gave me an IQ test. It was a clear signal that the company is living in the past by believing such tests actually work. After that, I had a screening interview with a recruiter. It was not very pleasant interview. They asked questions just to cut me short, seemingly trying to find a silly reason to reject me.
In the end they rejected me with some generic email
