I did not apply for a position, it was the company that got in touch, for three different times (I assume that it meant that I had the skills they were searching). However, it happened during my pregnancy and maternity leave. I was transparent about this situation from their very first contact. Although every person in touch said it was not an issue for them, they vanished afterwards -just to get in touch again a couple of months later, ignoring that they had already rejected me, without a feedback.
