Interview
The whole process was very time consuming. They make you give up a lot of your own time and put you through many different rounds of interview. I personally feel the recruiters make the job description sound way harder than what it is.

Question 1
Describe Gartner as if you were telling a friend about the company.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
