The interview process was initially well-driven with prompt feedbacks; however, later the HR ghosted with so many rounds. With no feedback nothing. Which is sadly the reality of the job market now
Be ready to follow the STAR approach in your interviews by structuring your answers around Situation, Task, Action, and Result—this will help you present your experiences in a clear, impactful way. Additionally, study problem-solving frameworks such as SWOT, 4Ps, 7Cs, or Porter’s Five Forces, so you can approach case interviews with a structured mindset, analyze business situations logically, and deliver well-rounded solutions.
