The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner in Dec 2017
Interview
At first, everything seemed professional. I made it all the way to a presentation where I was given positive feedback but was called by the recruiter a few days later to tell me they would not be extending an offer. I was told they were “so impressed” the recruiter would pass my info along for another position. As I read some of the reviews, it looks like this is another one of their covers. My take on this company is they behave in ways that are not particularly professional and attempt to cover it up by lying to applicants. Plus, their pay is fairly low. Do yourself a favor and keep searching. I can only imagine what life might be like once hired.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were more successful than your colleagues?
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gartner in May 2026
Interview
30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
