3 interviews, initially a phone call to unbderstand me as a candidate, followed by a technical+in detail interview which explained the role in much more depth alongside the company and its ethos. Following this interview was a final interview with the head of that department and then dependant on the outcome determined if you are successful or not. Some questions were common for example "Tell us about yourself" and some a lot more detailed which helped understand the candidate a lot more and allowed the company to gauge if the candidate alligns with their values.
