I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Mississauga, ON) in Mar 2024
Interview
applied and few days later i got the assessment information and did the test online where i was monitored. Have to pass all 3 steps in order for them to send you an interview. few days later I got an email to select a date to go in for an in person interview near the airport (HQ maybe). I went into do the interview and it was in pairs, went back and forth answering several questions (all different). After that, they gave us background check papers to complete and medical form to bring home (if successful we fill out and will get the next step. Does anyone have experience like this? do they make everyone fill out the background check forms or does that mean i could potentially be continuing forward? waiting to hear back atm

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
