I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
I did a series of 3 tests. First was a 100 question multiple choice then 2 object recognition tests. After testing was done I waited for almost 2 weeks then I received an email requesting that I attend an interview. After the interview I was presented with a conditional offer of employment. The conditions are that I pass a medical, a criminal record check, a credit check, a background/reference check and I have to get security clearance from Transport Canada.

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
