I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GardaWorld (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2016
Interview
lot of question and very confusing! I though i will pass on the grammer and mathemetics question but I couldnot ! I dont even know how much I got and I couldnot ask how much I got.
Most important thing is I couldnot imagine how the recruiter even check our paper ( with 100 questions ) within 5 mins of more than 40 candidates.

Interview
Quite easy. Questions on customer service and about yourself. Undergo just one interview. And had to do a part down. Nothing difficult. You are being shown first then you do it
Fast, efficient. Write 2 exams once your application is accepted then an interview and after that was called and offered the job. The whole process was pretty easy, though the day of the exams and interview it was pretty long.
Interview was quite easy, there were mostly general questions asking about myself and my availability. There were some situational based questions like what would you do if you encounter an angry passenger, what would you do if someone refuses to get his/her luggage scanned.
